At G-Force, we strongly believe in our core coaching principles.

Our track record for an ‘injury free’ environment is exemplary and we plan to maintain this through abiding by these core principles. CrossFit workouts are performed at a high intensity and test an athlete’s physical and mental stamina. At G-Force we want our athletes to perform each movement in an efficient way. However, we also stress the importance of performing perfect technique with lighter loads before an athlete progresses to a heavier weight. Technique should never be compromised while training. We require from you commitment, dedication and hard work. Becoming truly great at the sport of fitness does not come easy and at G-Force, we believe if it’s easy, it’s not worth doing!

FUNDAMENTALS
The fundamentals are mandatory and can be done in a small group or privately if you cant make the scheduled time.

 

At completion of your fundamentals class if you or the trainer feel that you need more work on technique we will require you to attend the class again. We understand this is a commitment but it’s for your safety and comfort prior to entering classes.

At completion of this session you are welcome to attend any of the classes that work well with your schedule
We do not have beginner through advanced classes.
Our workouts are completely scalable and we find each athlete learns from the environment and enjoys the healthy dynamic that it promotes.

The CrossFit methods are designed and based on increasing functional movements and fitness, which will help in everyday life.

MOBILITY

Mobilisation is a movement-based integrated full-body approach that addresses all the elements that limit movement and performance.

NUTRITION

The food we eat has a direct and immediate effect on how we perform, whether it be our workout or any tasks we face on a daily basis.

ATHLETE PREPERATION

Every session, will have a qualified trainer to guide and coach you through each and every exercise throughout your training session.
