Effort. Pain. Resilience. Endurance. Strength. Stamina. Flexibility. Commitment. Community.

These are the things that we hold in highest regard and they’re all relative to your training. Put in the effort, endure the pain, stay resilient and bounce back from failure, endure the difficulties, build strength, have stamina, be flexible both physically and mentally, commit to life and to your training, and above all else, be a part of the great community we have at G-Force.

Last week was testing week. We tested the snatch, clean & jerk, front and back squat. We have recorded over fifty new personal bests from people of all experience levels. It is in these results that brings us, the coaches–and of course your mates in the gym–great pride and joy.

To everyone who has committed to the program and bettered their lifts, well done. Bask in your results. If you did not PB, don’t stress and don’t drop that chin. Stay resilient, endure, build that strength, stamina and flexibility, commit to training, put in the effort, and immerse yourself in our great community. Your PBs will come.

Keep recording your results in SugarWOD. It helps your coaches greatly in tracking your progress. Your results are reviewed daily.
