What’s your life looking like right now? Close your eyes and imagine yourself as a third-person look at and analyzing a current painted picture of your life. Do you like what you see? Have you settled for just the, “same same?” If that’s your answer to your mates asking you about what you’ve been up to, then it’s time to pull that dull painting down and paint a Picasso! Settling for the same ol’ routine is boring, lacking essence and variety; we know variety is the spice of life!
This is not an editorial designed to change your life. This isn’t Dr. Phil. We’re here to talk about variety in your fitness regime because complacency is real and if you’ve fallen into that trap, you’re not going to be making many changes at all, both functionally and aesthetically because let’s face it, everyone would love an all-year-round summer bod, especially one that can stand on its hands, squat some decent weight and throw itself over the top of a pull-up bar. If you’re lacking any of these traits and skills, either through physical incapability or as a non-existent mental goal, then it’s time to make some adjustments.
G-Force offers a wide range of classes catered to your needs. It may be just the variety you need to spice up your fitness regime no matter your age, shape and skill level. The programming is designed to help you walk on those hands, squat some weight, throw your body around with gymnastic prowess but more importantly, it’ll help you paint that imperfect Picasso because you’ll always be wanting more and wanting better. We find that people’s movements need a bit of tweaking when they’re introduced to our fitness regime. The fundamental session is designed to adjust your movement and prepare you for the programming. All of the essential and most basic movements are thrown in here to ensure you meet the standard, not only for safety but also for efficacy.
G-FORCE MAIN PROGRAM
The daily workout that’ll make you feel all the feels. Variety is one of the core elements of the design of the main program. As long as you commit to the program and understand each workout’s underlying purpose, body complacency will be a thing of the past.
Weightlifting is the best thing in the world. Yes, I’m biased but most people will agree that achieving a new lifting personal best is a damn good feeling. Our barbell class is programmed with some extra lifting accessory movements to improve your lifting technique. You will become one with the barbell.
Swinging and rolling fun in our gymnastics class that uses just your own bodyweight and different apparatus to build a stronger body. This is one of our harder classes that’ll smash your abdominals and everything else around them.
This is very self-explanatory. This class will cause some serious perspiration so please ensure you’ve applied some underarm spray prior to participating in this class. We take away low-rep and heavy weights and add more intensity.
We didn’t lie when we said the programming is applicable to all ages and sizes. Our seniors class sees our veterans putting the young ones to shame in an special session with an adjusted program catered to a wiser body.
Our gym is open for extended hours on weekdays with reduced hours on the weekends. The gym is open for your training pleasure, and that’s not an oxymoron. Training should make you feel all warm and gooey on the inside, unless you decide to use the gym time to do Fran. Fran makes people frown and there’s no turning it upside down.
This class is for our early risers who need to get to work at the crack of dawn.
