It can be intimidating to get started in CrossFit, however we can tell you it’s a heap of fun! We have specific key training methods in place to make sure you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. On your first day, we will put you through an awesome and most importantly a fun workout, that will have you sweating and ready to come back the next day for more.

We understand that this type of training may be totally foreign to you, so to help you discover if it is right for you, we’d like to invite you to try it free.


Here’s a bit of info to prep you for your first free training session at G-Force. There won’t be any crazy surprise WOD (workout of the day) that we’ll toss you into. We just want to show you exactly why people are so crazy about CrossFit, introduce you to some of our members and team, and get you sweating with a one-on-one introductory workout that represents what you’ll do if you decide to become a member.


During your FREE session you will receive:

  • An assessment of your current fitness level
  • An overview of our training methodology, fundamental movements and our classes
  • A tour of our world class gym
  • A workout to remember!
  • Information on how to transform your body in a way that’s right for YOU
