    A great jam-packed afternoon for kids! Their Coach will guide them on individual, group and pairs workouts, educate them on keeping good health, teach them new skills and movements, run them through a mobility/stretch class plus supervise a part they love most- free time.

Fundamental Class

$249 per person (non-refundable)

The fundamentals class is mandatory for all new members. This class teaches you the proper technique for each CrossFit movement so that you are ready for our regular classes. The class can be done in a small group (maximum 6 people) or privately.

 

The class covers:
– All basic fundamental movements of CrossFit

 

At the completion of the Fundamental your next step is to move into our classes. If you don’t feel you are ready to go straight into class we can organise some PT sessions until you are. Your safety is our top priority, so we will only advance your training when you are confident in executing the basic movements.
