Services and Facilities
We are a fully equipped CrossFit gym in the heart of the Sutherland Shire. We run 48 coached classes per week and open 7 days. We have everything you need to reach your goals and we also provide a safe environment fenced area for the kids.
The Creche
We know how precious your time is and we also know how important your training is. This is why we provide a creche for FREE at G-Force. This gives you the flexibility to train inside an established CrossFit gym while your little ones are well looked after.
The hours of operation are 9:00-12:00 Monday to Friday.
