Our Teens Program targets 13-17 year olds. They will get more comfortable with being uncomfortable and the best thing is, they won’t be alone.

WHY TEENS PROGRAM
They will build confidence not only when participating in CrossFit but also in school, other athletic programmes, household jobs, extra curricular activities and employment. It helps steer them away from technology and instead they learn about community, a healthier lifestyle, discipline, team building as well as how to work at their own pace and in their own lane.

Each participant will receive tailored guidance and support throughout the sessions from our experienced coaches. Plus, classes will be held separately from adults, creating a comfortable space for teens to thrive.
Sessions take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, making it easy to fit into your schedule.
