The G-Force Source: honesty, respect, and a mother-load of PBs!

“The real things haven’t changed. It is still best to be honest and truthful; to make the most of what we have; to be happy with simple pleasures; and have courage when things go wrong.”
– Laura Ingalls Wilder

This edition of the Source is a very special one for one simple reason: all you G-Force peeps are absolutely awesome. We’ve been absolutely blown away by the gargantuan amount of new personal bests during testing week. We have so many personal bests to highlight that we’re dedicating almost this whole edition to your amazing efforts. However, we do have one public service announcement to make before we proceed.

We have ourselves an absolute gem in Glen Laws who is our owner and head coach at G-Force CrossFit. You will find it a difficult task to find someone as kind, understanding, and with such a positive outlook on life and other people. He strives for optimism, positivity, and he has a genuine care for those around him. If you ever find yourself needing someone to confide in about anything in life, whether it be gym-and-training related or something completely outside of those things, speak to Glen. He sees honesty and respect as strong and defining features in people, and I too hope that all of you from G-Force will never cower from being honest to Glen, as well as the rest of your coaches. Keep us informed about your progress, your life, your goals, and whatever else you wish to share. We are here for you.

G-Force has delivered a mother-load of PBs. Did we already say how amazingly awesome you all are? We’re going to tell you again: you’re all absolutely amazingly awesome. The results below just go to show our faith and belief in our programming, but more so your efforts to commit to training and strive for a better physical you.
