Christmas is coming. Decorations have started appearing in stores, Christmas carols won’t be too far off, and shopping malls are going to get busier and busier with hordes of humans. There are seven weeks until Christmas. Brace yourselves.

The G-Force CrossFit Christmas party has a date: 17th of December! Save the date and keep yourself available. Each year, Head Coach Glen and his trusty Party Liaison Officer (yours truly) plan the yearly celebration. In previous years, we turned the gym into a Safari with countless clones of Tarzan and Jane, and last year we cruised Port Hacking on a floating device. Planning has begun, but as your Party Liaison Officer, I am happy to accept ideas for themes and places to fiesta. We have a brutal honesty policy so make sure your ideas aren’t a poo sandwich. By that we mean crap ideas.

We have twenty two new personal bests to highlight from last week. We’re ecstatic to see your improvements time and time again. We may sound like a broken record on constant repeat, but consistency, commitment and community are the three C’s to get you further in your training. Stay consistent in your training, commit to the program, and engage with one another in the gym. It’s an equation that can’t go wrong.
