Our coached sessions will get you to your goal in less time. We hold you accountable to your goal. Working at high intensity will increase fitness levels, give you more energy and overall better your health.


No matter your age we know the stronger you become, the less injuries you will carry. The more muscle mass you have the more fat you will burn. We encourage everyone to lift weights but we make sure it's technique over load every time.


We are big believers in you are who you hang around. People at G-Force do not take the easy way out in training or life. As a community we practice discipline and pushing past your comfort zone and we have fun while doing it!

Fundamental Class

For Beginners

The Fundamental movements of CrossFit consists of the Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Med Ball Clean.


This is a great way to learn the fundamental moves and prepare you for class so you are performing the lifts in a safe manner.
