CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.
Maximum 4 people. This is designed for those that sit in between personal and group training. It is cost effective and social.
Classes run for 1 hour and our Tiny Junior classes are 45 minutes. Both classes combine elements of gymnastics, power and Olympic lifting, and conditioning and run all year-round.
